Who is Tracy Deater?
And why should you buy one of his boats? Here's why:
My name is Tracy Deater, and I was born and raised in Newaygo County Michigan. This County, in my opinion, has some of the best hunting and fishing found anywhere. When growing up I tried as much as possible to be involved in the outdoors but still managed to find time to graduate from Grant High School. After graduation, I went on to pursue a career in metal fabrication. During my travels, I built everything from ductwork to 300-foot cellular phone towers. As time went on, I fell into a career building stainless steel and aluminum food processing equipment. This occupation was very demanding and would not accept anything less than the best. I became a sheet metal Journeyman and had the opportunity to work with and learn from several other experts in this field.
Several years later is when I decided to combine my love for the outdoors with my occupation. The boating industry gave me everything I was looking for. Little did I know that working hard, doing my very best and then standing behind my work would soon turn a hobby into a career.
I owe everything I have accomplished and everything that I will ever accomplish to my mother and father and two wonderful children. I would also like to mention thanks to all of my friends and clientele that have stood behind me and helped to spread the good word that helped me build Tracy's Custom Riverboats.
